Rodolfo responded within minutes to every message I sent him, gave me a quote, gave me a 2 hour window when he would arrive, and sent another message to let me know he was on his way with his ETA. He and his son, Christian, were professional, polite and respectful. They handled the furniture that I no longer wanted as if it were new and were in and out almost faster than I could say thank you.
